Adventure Aid UK

Adventure Aid, now in its tenth year, a charity bringing people together from all walks of life in a common goal to help young children across Asia and Africa. In doing so, the charity, its founder and its people have been changing lives immeasurably. Since 2010, the charity has delivered invaluable aid in the impoverished areas of India, Sumatra, Tanzania, Nepal and Mauritius in the form of an orphanage building, school supplies, rice, clothes, food and funding of cleft lip operations amongst other significant relief. These profound projects have given life-changing hope to those in the very greatest of need.

The Jaspar Foundation

The foundation provides grants for projects to relieve persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by reason of their social and economic circumstances and further the education of such persons. It provides grants to institutions and promotes activities that advance the Hindu religion.

The aims of the charity are to promote appreciation and understanding of India, to foster communication between the peoples of India and the UK, to educate Indian diaspora in the UK and other India-watchers of the nuances, shared history and composite culture of India, which is often presented in a narrow lens, be it focusing on business, society or the policy landscape.
